Meeting & Event Policies
Please review the policies below prior to registering for the Atlantic States ASC Conference & Trade Show and other ASC Excellence educational events.
Eligibility
Who May Attend?
ASC Excellence events are open to ambulatory surgery center staff and ASC management company employees.
Meeting registration is only available to vendors who participate as exhibitors or sponsors. Exceptions may be made for approved speakers and Education Committee members. This policy helps maintain a strong buyer-to-supplier ratio and promotes meaningful networking opportunities. Individuals under the age of 18 may not enter the exhibit hall at any time. ASC Excellence reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not meet event eligibility requirements. Registration Review
Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure compliance with ASC Excellence eligibility requirements.
ASC Excellence reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that do not meet these requirements and shall not be held responsible for travel expenses, hotel costs, or other fees associated with such cancellations. Refunds & Cancellations
Conference Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] or mailed to:
ASC Excellence 1400 Village Square Blvd., #3-175 Tallahassee, FL 32312 Written refund requests received at least 30 days before the conference will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. Requests received within 30 days of the conference start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Accessibility

Photography & Recording Consent
By registering for the Atlantic States ASC Conference & Trade Show, you grant ASC Excellence permission to photograph, videotape, and record your image and/or voice during conference activities.
These materials may be used in future websites, print publications, promotional campaigns, social media, educational materials, and digital communications related to ASC Excellence events and programs.
