Please review the policies below before registering for an ASC Excellence educational program, conference, or event.
Eligibility
Who May Attend?
ASC Excellence events are open to ambulatory surgery center staff and ASC management company employees. Conference registration is limited to approved exhibitors, sponsors, ASC Excellence speakers, and Education Committee members, helping maintain a strong buyer-to-supplier ratio.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall at any time. ASC Excellence reserves the right to refuse registrations that do not meet eligibility requirements. Registration Review
Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure compliance with ASC Excellence event policies. ASC Excellence reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations that do not meet eligibility requirements and is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other outside expenses incurred as a result of cancellation.
Refunds & Cancellations
Conference Registration Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected] or mailed to:
ASC Excellence 1400 Village Square Blvd., #3-175 Tallahassee, FL 32312 Written refund requests received at least 30 days prior to the conference will be issued a refund less a $25 administrative fee. Requests submitted fewer than 30 days before the conference will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Accessibility

Photography & Recording Consent
By registering for an ASC Excellence event, you consent to the recording, photography, and videotaping of your image and/or voice during the event.
These materials may be used in future digital communications, websites, social media, promotional campaigns, educational content, and printed marketing materials related to ASC Excellence programs and events.
